Learning areas within the Strength-Based Programme cater to the basic competencies by both Cambridge International and the local requirements of the Indonesian government. WHY Strength-Based Programme?

We don't know tomorrow, and that's a fact. We don't know what 5 years will look like, or 10, or 15. We don't know what being an adult will be like when our kids leave school, and that's why we need to prepare them for any and everything!

HOW?

Through our Strength-Based Programme!

Students will leave Pre-University understanding who they are and how to tackle any challenge they might face, making mindful use of their top strengths (strengths which will be unwrapped throughout their years at Merlion School!), while their lifelong learning lifestyle will allow them to constantly adapt to all changes.

IS THE STRENGTH-BASED PROGRAMME SUITABLE FOR MY CHILD?

The Strength-Based Programme is suitable to any child whose parents value skills and hands-on learning more than examinations.

It is not about how much work a child is given or how many tests they take, it is rather how meaningful their learning is and how much of it they can put into actual use in real life.

The Strength-Based Programme will allow your child to empathize with real world problems, being exposed to the skills and knowledge needed to create a social impact.

Upon leaving Pre-University, he/she will have enough hands-on skills to tackle any problem life throws at them, being independent and ready to face the world as an adult.

STRENGTH BASED PROGRAMME

LEARNING FOR THE FUTURE NEEDS OF SOCIETY

While most education systems are still catering for Society 3.0, drilling students towards the same direction and path just like a factory line, the Strength-Based Programme prepares students for the future Society 5.0, a super smart society. It equips students with the needed skills to become lifelong learners and understand their strengths, being able to face any adversity they might encounter.
